Following a web strategy workshop to understand Tesserent’s user and target segments, we worked to develop a robust web strategy and plan of action. This involved competitor and industry research, persona development, web analytics analysis and keyword research, along with website architecture, interface design, custom development and systems integration.
The new website effectively enhances Tesserent’s online presence and promotes a strong value proposition to prospective customers, and most importantly empowers their team with the tools to drive the pre-sales process of nurturing leads into sales. The new site is integrated extensively with Pardot CRM system. This supports all of Tesserent’s digital marketing to drive lead generation, introducing solutions to customers, and connecting them with Tesserent’s cybersecurity sales consultants. Another important customisation in the project was creating the Tesserent Investor Centre and integrating real-time share data for prospective investors and Tesserent stakeholders.
