While an iconic New Zealand brand, Warehouse Stationery was facing challenges in attracting quality staff with realistic expectations and the right fit.

Beginning with a robust discovery and scoping process, Digital Stream worked with Warehouse Stationery to develop a strategy which would ultimately deliver quality candidates.

The site tells an in-depth story about life and the culture within Warehouse Stationery, offering visitors many different ways to get a taste of the workplace including:

  • ‘A day in the life’ videos
  • ‘Meet our people’ testimonials and profiles from existing staff
  • In-depth information on what to expect from a career at Warehouse Stationery
  • Using real people, real stories, and authentic content about Warehouse Stationery work environment, potential candidates can make a clear and informed decision about whether this is the right place for them

As a result, the quality and suitability of candidates is improving.

Working closely with our ATS partner Digital Stream introduced a live job feed that builds immediacy and engagement. So for example, if a visitor chooses to view the profile of a retail assistant, any available retail roles will automatically appear on that page.

The new responsive site brings Warehouse Stationery experience to life on all devices and gives the candidates a real taste of what Warehouse Stationery experience looks and feels like – from the inside.
